  • The purpose of this condition is to calculate the value of the Cap Level term and the Floor Level term, against which the licensee’s Assessed Revenue is assessed, in accordance with special condition 3 (Cap and Floor Assessment), at the end of each of Relevant Assessment Period of the Regime Duration.
