Department of Transportation (DOT) means United States Department of Transportation.
Tool of Trade means:a Vehicle that has tools, implements, machinery or plant attached to or towed by the Vehicle and is being used by You at Your premises or on any Worksite. Tool of Trade does not include any Vehicle whilst travelling to or from a Worksite or Vehicles that are used to carry goods to or from any premises.
Regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation means the regulations in 49 CFR Parts 100-189.
Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

Contractual Services are defined as those specified services established within the OAG approved budget for which the Provider is to be paid upon completion at the set rate also established within the OAG approved budget, as authorized expenditures eligible for payment, or reimbursement pursuant to ARTICLE 9, AUTHORIZED EXPENDITURES, of this Agreement.

Authorized Agent means an agent who is legally authorized to bind the Seller under the law of the State in which the Seller is legally organized. An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:
