Regional Country definition

Regional Country means each country participating in the Regional Program;
Regional Country means Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi,Namibia, Swaziland, or the Republic of South Africa;
Regional Country means Basutoland, the Federation of hodesla and Nyasaland, the Mandated Territory of South West Africa, Swaziland, or the Union of South Africa; "soil" includes manure and compost but does not incluic chemical fertiliser.
