Regional Hospital District definition

Regional Hospital District means “regional hospital district” as defined in the Hospital District Act;
Regional Hospital District means the applicable regional hospital district as established under the Hospital District Act;
Regional Hospital District s percentage" means, in respect of any debt obligation of a regional hospital district in relation to which the regional hospital district was required to make interest, sinking fund or principal payments, that percentage of those payments for which funding was, before the coming into force of this section, obtained from sources other than government capital grants.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
