Regional Site definition

Regional Site means a Site that has a regional network factor more than 1 according to Table A24.
Regional Site means an area of a human body that is adjacent to or in the same general area of the human body as the primary site of a tumor.
Regional Site. - means the MCIA Transfer Site at the Middlesex County Landfill in East Brunswick where Leaves, Brush and Grass are delivered by Municipalities for collection, transportation and processing by the Contractor.

  • Institutional Signing Official The label, "Signing Official," is used in conjunction with the NIH eRA Commons and refers to the individual that has institutional authority to legally bind the institution in grants administration matters. The individual fulfilling this role may have any number of titles in the institution, but is typically located in its Office of Sponsored Research or equivalent. The Signing Official for the Requester reviews Data Access Request, Project Renewal, and Project Close-out applications submitted by Principal Investigators and legally binds the Requester to agree to adhere to the terms described in this Agreement if the application is submitted to NIH.   • Nursing home-type patients means a patient who has been in hospital more than 35 days, no longer requires acute hospital care, cannot live independently at home or be looked after at home, and either cannot be placed in a nursing home or a nursing home place is not available.

  • Motel means a development where members of the travelling public are lodged for brief periods of time, normally not exceeding seven (7) days, in rentable units, and where access to each of the rentable units is individually available from grade, either at grade or via stairways.
