Registered Accounts definition

Registered Accounts means accounts such as registered retirement savings plans, registered retirement income funds, deferred profit sharing plans, registered education savings plans, registered disability savings plans and tax free savings accounts;

Registered Accounts. A Holder’s “registered account” means the U.S. dollar account maintained by or on behalf of it with a bank in New York City, details of which appear on the Register at the close of business on the 15th day (as defined below) before the due date for payment and a Holder’s registered address means its address appearing on the Register at that time.
