Registration Duty definition

Registration Duty means any registration duty or similar amount payable pursuant to the laws of any jurisdiction in which an Obligor is organized in connection with the use in a judicial proceeding in such jurisdiction of this Agreement or any other Note Document or any other agreement or document related hereto or thereto or the transactions contemplated herein or therein.
Registration Duty means any registration duty or similar amount payable pursuant to any provision of law of Canada in connection with the use in a judicial proceeding of this Agreement, the Notes or any other agreement or document related hereto or thereto or the transactions contemplated herein or therein.
Registration Duty means any registration duty, stamp tax or similar amount payable in connection with the use in an Italian judicial proceeding (including, without limitation, a judicial proceeding recognizing a foreign judgment) of this Agreement, the Notes or any other agreement or document related hereto or thereto or the transactions contemplated herein or therein.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, costs and expenses shall include any Registration Duty.
