Registration Liquidated Damages definition

Registration Liquidated Damages has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(i).
Registration Liquidated Damages shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.6.
Registration Liquidated Damages means an amount equal to (x) $5,000, multiplied by (y) the number of Business Days from the Shelf Registration Deadline Date through the date on which the Shelf Registration Statement is filed by the Company with the SEC.
