Registration Rights Amendment definition

Registration Rights Amendment means an amendment to the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of September 17, 2008, by and between the Company and the Shareholder, as amended from time to time, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Registration Rights Amendment means the Amendment No. 1, of even date herewith, to the Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of July 30, 1996, among the Company, Trefoil, and GEI, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Registration Rights Amendment shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.1 hereof.
