Regular Candidate definition

Regular Candidate means a person who has completed a regular course of study in a University Teaching Department, School of Studies or the affiliated College and seeks admission to an examination of the University as such.
Regular Candidate means a candidate who is a current student at a registered technical institution attending examinations at the first sitting;
