Regular Dividends definition

Regular Dividends has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a)(i).
Regular Dividends means regular quarterly dividends not in excess of 1% of the aggregate Market Price for the shares of capital stock receiving such dividends as of the Business Day prior to the declaration of such dividends.
Regular Dividends means those regular quarterly cash dividends paid by the Company in respect of its Capital Securities consistent with past practices in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 in the aggregate in any fiscal year of the Company.

  • Accumulated Regular Dividends will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year comprised of twelve 30-day months.

  • Regular Dividends on each share of Convertible Preferred Stock will accrue on the Liquidation Preference of such share as of immediately before the Close of Business on the preceding Regular Dividend Payment Date (or, if there is no preceding Regular Dividend Payment Date, on the Initial Liquidation Preference of such share).
