Sanctions A firm or an individual sanctioned by ZPPA in accordance with Sections sixty-five, sixty-six and sixty-seven of the Public Procurement Act of 2008 and regulations 162 to 167 of the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011, shall be ineligible to be awarded a Government-financed contract, or to benefit from a Government-financed contract, financially or otherwise, during such period of time as ZPPA shall determine.
