The Required Lenders of a Class (which shall include the terms “Required Dollar Lenders” and “Required Multicurrency Lenders”) means Lenders having Credit Exposures and unused Commitments of such Class representing more than 50% of the sum of the total Credit Exposures and unused Commitments of such Class; provided that the Credit Exposures and unused Commitments of any Defaulting Lenders shall be disregarded in the determination of Required Lenders to the extent provided for in Section 2.17. “Required Payment” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 8.13(b).
