Rehearsal Day definition

Rehearsal Day is defined as a day other than a concert day upon which 2 x 3-hour rehearsals may be called, each with a break of not less than 15 minutes and with a break of at least 1 hour between rehearsals. The fees payable are as per the Concert Rates.
Rehearsal Day is a day on which no performance is given and on which the Artist may be required to rehearse in accordance with the Agreement.

Examples of Rehearsal Day in a sentence

  • On a Rehearsal Day when a Dress Rehearsal of three and one-half (3-1/2) hours (including the half- hour call) is scheduled, the Artist may be required to rehearse for a maximum of three (3) additional consecutive hours exclusive of meal breaks.

  • On a Rehearsal Day when a Dress Rehearsal of four (4) hours (including the half-hour call) is scheduled, the Artist may be required to rehearse for a maximum of two (2) additional consecutive hours exclusive of meal breaks.

  • The term “costume rehearsal” is defined as any rehearsal where costumes are required with/or without make- up except a Dress Rehearsal on a Rehearsal Day or Performance Day whether it happens in the studio or on stage.

  • polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Program Year means the annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31.

  • Enrollment Period means that period of time prescribed by the Administrator, which period shall conclude prior to the Offering Date, during which Eligible Employees may elect to participate in an Offering Period. The duration and timing of Enrollment Periods may be changed or modified by the Administrator from time to time.
