  • On the Effective Date, the Local Government and Tribe Costs and Expenses Fund shall be established for the payment of costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) of Holders of Non-Federal Domestic Governmental Channeled Claims (other than States) and Holders of Tribe Channeled Claims (including any ad hoc group consisting of any of the foregoing), other than amounts paid pursuant to the AHC Reimbursement Agreement Assumption Order and MSGE Group Reimbursement Order.
