Reimbursement Order definition

Reimbursement Order means an order for payment to be made by the Respondent to the Institute to reimburse the Institute in whole or in part for monies paid out by the Institute in respect of a Compensatory Award;
Reimbursement Order means the order issued to determine the person’s ability to pay pursuant to ORS 179.640(1) and (2);
Reimbursement Order means when the parent(s) are court ordered to pay a specific dollar amount for reimbursement.
