Reinstatement Application definition

Reinstatement Application means the “Road to Independence Scholarship and/or Education Training Vouchers (ETV) Funds Reinstatement Application”, CF-FSP 5297, September 2005, incorporated by reference, that must be submitted by a former recipient of the Road to Independence scholarship prior to his or her 23rd birthday in order to reinstate their scholarship award after an interruption of benefits.
