REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE definition

REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE means, for each Active Contract, the Account Value multiplied by the Reinsurer's Quota Share.

  • Subject to Article III, on or after the EFFECTIVE DATE of this Agreement, the CEDING COMPANY shall code and the REINSURER shall accept the REINSURED GMDB AMOUNT and the REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE under the VARIABLE ANNUITY CONTRACT forms as described in Schedule B-1.

  • MONTHLY ACCOUNT VALUE means the sum of the contract’s REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE, calculated on each MONTHLY VALUATION DATE, for all ACTIVE CONTRACTS covered by this Agreement MONTHLY REINSURANCE PREMIUM RATE means the numerical value provided in Schedule D, for each CONTRACT TYPE and GEB TYPE and Issue Age Band.

  • GMDB CLAIM: The excess of the REINSURED GMDB AMOUNT over the REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE, if a positive value, on the date that CEDING COMPANY calculates the GMDB under the terms of the applicable CONTRACT TYPE.

  • AGGREGATE MONTHLY ACCOUNT VALUES: The sum of the contract’s REINSURED ACCOUNT VALUE, calculated on each MONTHLY VALUATION DATE, for all ACTIVE CONTRACTS covered by this Agreement.

  • Account Value means the amount shown on Schedule A under the heading Account Value. The parties expressly acknowledge that the Account Value may be different than the liability that should be accrued by the Bank, under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”), for the Bank’s obligation to the Executive under this Agreement. The Account Value on any date other than the end of a Plan Year shall be determined by adding the prorated increase attributable for the current Plan Year to the Account Value for the previous Plan Year.

  • Covered Account means an Account established by a financial intermediary for another as the owner of record on the Fund Registry and through which such owner of record has the ability to conduct transactions in Fund shares directly with and through BNYM.

  • Insured Amount As defined in the Policy.

  • Insured Amounts means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Deficiency Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • FIXED ACCOUNT is a separate investment account of ours into which purchase payments may be invested or Account Value may be transferred.

The Account Balance shall be a bookkeeping entry only and shall be utilized solely as a device for the measurement and determination of the amounts to be paid to a Participant, or his or her designated Beneficiary, pursuant to this Plan.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Cash Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(ii).
