Related community activities means those activities necessary
Related community activities means those activities necessary for individuals to participate in recreation and leisure at home and in the community.
Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon.
