Related CP Issuer definition

Related CP Issuer means a multi-seller commercial paper conduit that issues commercial paper, the proceeds of which are loaned to or are otherwise the CP Lender’s source of funding for the CP Lender’s acquisition or maintenance of its funding obligations hereunder.
Related CP Issuer means, when used in relation to any Conduit Investor, any other entity that issues Commercial Paper for the purpose of funding all or part of such Conduit Investor’s interest in the Transferred Interest, as specified from time to time in a written notice by the Administrative Agent for such Conduit Investor to the Collection Agent, together with the successors and permitted assigns of such entity.
Related CP Issuer means, with respect to any Conduit Lender, any Affiliate of such Conduit Lender that issues Commercial Paper to fund advances made to such Conduit Lender, the proceeds of which are used by such Conduit Lender to fund or maintain Loans hereunder.

  • An Issuer shall not be obligated to pay any amount pursuant to this Agreement unless such Issuer has excess cash flow from operations or has received funds with respect to such obligation which may be used to make such payment and which funds or excess cash flow are not required to repay when due its Commercial Paper Note or other short term funding backing its Commercial Paper Notes, or in the case of Xxxxxxx, those of its Related CP Issuer.

Related CP Issuer means, with respect to any Purchaser, any commercial paper conduit approved by the Servicer which advances funds to such Purchaser for the purpose of funding or maintaining its interest in the Investment, together with their successors and permitted assigns.
