Related Escrow Accounts definition

Related Escrow Accounts. Mortgage Loan escrow/impound accounts maintained by Seller relating to the Mortgage Servicing Rights, including accounts for buydown funds, real estate taxes and MI, flood and hazard insurance premiums.
Related Escrow Accounts means all funds held by the Sellers in respect of the Mortgage Loans (other than the Custodial Accounts), including all buy-down funds, tax and insurance funds and other escrow and impound amounts and similar charges (including interest accrued thereon held for the benefit of the Mortgagors).
Related Escrow Accounts means any mortgage escrow accounts maintained by Servicer prior to the date hereof and authorized by Purchaser to be maintained pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, which accounts shall be maintained in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

Related to Related Escrow Accounts

  • Escrow Accounts means any escrow account in which Escrowed Proceeds are deposited and held.
