Related Party Receivables definition

Related Party Receivables means any receivable owing to the Company by any Related Party.
Related Party Receivables means the claims any of the Group Companies has against one or more member of the Seller Group, whether or not due and payable;
Related Party Receivables means all amounts due from related entities (including without limitation affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders and officers).

  • Tangible Net Worth shall mean: shareholders’ equity minus intangible assets (as categorized on the Debtor’s balance sheet (for the avoidance doubt, “intangible assets” do not include merchant contracts)) and Related Party Receivables.


More Definitions of Related Party Receivables

Related Party Receivables means any trade accounts payable or other amounts owing to the Vendor by any Affiliate of the Vendor Parties (including Sota Holdings Ltd., Speck Consulting Inc., Sota Curtainwalls Inc., VanKirk7080 Inc., Sota USA Inc., Sota Philippines Inc. and Alphacladding, LLC) or any current or former employees of the Vendor or any Affiliate of the Vendor Parties.
Related Party Receivables means any receivable owing to the Target Corporation by Vendor or any other Related Party.
Related Party Receivables means any receivable owing to a Target Group Company by a Seller or any other Related Party excluding for avoidance of doubt, any receivable owing to a Target Group Company by the other Target Group Company;
