Released Owner means each of the companies listed in Schedule 3 and, in the plural, means all of them;
Deposit Holder means _________ (state name and location of Deposit Holder) or, if left blank, the Sellers' Bank, which shall hold and release the Deposit in accordance with this Agreement.
Qualified Owner means a Cold War veteran, the spouse of a Cold War veteran, or the unremarried surviving spouse of a deceased Cold War veteran. Where property is owned by more than one qualified owner, the exemption to which each is entitled may be combined. Where a veteran is also the unremarried surviving spouse of a veteran, such person may also receive any exemption to which the deceased spouse was entitled.
brand owner means a person or company who sells any commodity under a registered brand label ;

Designated Owner has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
Co-Owner means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest and a Co-Owner of a Series means a Person who owns an Ownership Interest of the Series.
Releasor means any Person granting a release of any Settled Claim.
Released Person means any person who is released on bail or on his personal bond, as the case may be;
Registered Owner means the owner of record of a Direct Account on the books and records of the Fund maintained by BNYM as registrar of the Fund (the “Fund Registry”).
Prohibited Owner means, with respect to any purported Transfer, any Person who, but for the provisions of Section 5.9(ii)(a), would Beneficially Own or Constructively Own Shares, and if appropriate in the context, shall also mean any Person who would have been the record owner of the Shares that the Prohibited Owner would have so owned.
Interest Holder means any Person who holds an Interest, whether as a Member or as an unadmitted assignee of a Member.
Releasing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.
Release means any release, spill, emission, discharge, deposit, disposal, leaking, pumping, pouring, dumping, emptying, injection or leaching into the Environment, or into, from or through any building, structure or facility.
Permit Holder means the Person to whom a Building Permit has been issued.
Company Stockholder means the holder of either a share of Company Common Stock or a share of Company Preferred Stock.
Escrow Holder means the bank or trust company designated as such pursuant to Section 9 hereof.
Employer/Owner means the DAKSHIN HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM and the legal successors in title to the Employer/Owner but not (Except with the consent of the Contractor) any assignees of the Employer/Owner.
Releasing Parties means Plaintiffs and all Settlement Class Members, and each of their respective executors, representatives, heirs, predecessors, assigns, beneficiaries, successors, bankruptcy trustees, guardians, joint tenants, tenants in common, tenants by entireties, agents, attorneys, and all those who claim through them or on their behalf.
Record owner means, as of any particular time, a record owner of Outstanding Shares of the Trust shown on the books of the Trust or any Portfolio or the Trust’s transfer agent as then issued and outstanding at such time;
land owner s association" means an organisation established by owners of a group of properties to collectively regulate their conduct and share the costs of maintaining and improving shared infrastructure and services, including a home owner’s association;
Transferor Company means a company that conveys an interest in shares.
Released Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.2 hereof.
Release Time The Grievant, the Grievants Representative (if an employee of the Employer) and any witnesses shall be provided release time including reasonable travel time, if required, to be present at any formal hearing conducted pursuant to the Grievance process.
Constituent Holder means any stockholder, collective investment fund included within a Qualifying Fund (as defined in paragraph (E) below) or beneficial holder whose stock ownership is counted for the purposes of qualifying as holding the Proxy Access Request Required Shares (as defined in paragraph (E) below) or qualifying as an Eligible Stockholder (as defined in paragraph (E) below);

Released Plaintiff Parties means the Plaintiffs, each and every Class Member, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, and each of their respective past or present trustees, officers, directors, partners, employees, contractors, auditors, principals, agents, attorneys, predecessors, successors, assigns, insurers, parents, subsidiaries, general or limited partners or partnerships, and limited liability companies; and the spouses, members of the immediate families, representatives, and heirs of any Released Plaintiff Party who is an individual, as well as any trust of which any Released Plaintiff Party is the settlor or which is for the benefit of any of their immediate family members. Released Plaintiff Parties does not include any Person who timely and validly sought exclusion from the Class.
