Relevant Entity definition

Relevant Entity means Party A and, to the extent applicable, a guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee.

Relevant Entity means Party A, Party A's Credit Support Provider and any principal obligor under an Eligible Guarantee in respect of Party A's obligations under this Agreement.

• If the Tangible Net Worth of a Relevant Entity falls below the amount specified in the Election Sheet.
