Relevant Entities definition

Relevant Entities means Party A and any guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee in respect of all of Party A’s present and future obligations under this Agreement.
Relevant Entities means the Counterparty and any guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee in respect of all of the Counterparty’s present and future obligations under this Agreement.
Relevant Entities mean Party A and, to the extent applicable, a guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee.

  • Deductions relating to AT1 Capital instruments in Relevant Entities 3.14.6 For the purposes of Rule 3.14.4(b), (c) and (d), the amount of holdings of AT1 Capital instruments of Relevant Entities to be deducted, must be calculated, subject to 3.14.7, on the basis of the gross long positions.

  • Bidders, Relevant Entities, members, employees and professional advisors may be required to sign confidentiality agreements.

More Definitions of Relevant Entities

Relevant Entities means CWC Inc., CWC WS Holdings Panama S.A., Cable and Wireless (BVI) Limited, Cable and Wireless (EWC) Limited and Cable and Wireless Network Services Limited;
Relevant Entities means Party A and any guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee in respect of all of Party A’s present and future obligations under this Agreement and "Relevant Entity" means any one of them. The "Transfer Trigger Requirements" shall apply so long as no Relevant Entity has a Qualifying Transfer Trigger Rating and Party A has not obtained, if relevant, a rating agency confirmation from Moody’s on each occasion as may be relevant in respect thereof or the terms of any such rating agency confirmation from Moody's are subsequently breached.
Relevant Entities means Party A and any guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee in respect of all of Party A’s present and future obligations under this Agreement and, so long as ML MBS Services Limited is Party A, the Guarantor. The First Rating Trigger Requirements shall apply so long as none of the Relevant Entities has the First Trigger Required Ratings. An entity shall have the First Trigger Required Ratings (a) where such entity is the subject of a Moody’s Short-term Rating, if such rating is “Prime-1” and its long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated debt or counterparty obligations are rated “A2” or above by Moody’s and (b) where such entity is not the subject of a Moody’s Short-term Rating, if its long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated debt or counterparty obligations are rated “A1” or above by Moody’s. The Second Rating Trigger Requirements shall apply so long as none of the Relevant Entities has the Second Trigger Required Ratings. An entity shall have the Second Trigger Required Ratings (a) where such entity is the subject of a Moody’s Short-term Rating, if such rating is “Prime-2” or above and its long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated debt or counterparty obligations are rated “A3” or above by Moody’s and (b) where such entity is not the subject of a Moody’s Short-term Rating, if its long-term, unsecured and unsubordinated debt or counterparty obligations are rated “A3” or above by Moody’s.
Relevant Entities shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.17(g).

Relevant Entities mean each of World Omni, as the initial Closed-End Servicer, the Performance Guarantor, ALF LLC, and the Borrower. Each of the foregoing is referred to as a “Relevant Entity.”
Relevant Entities in this Rule 25 means the Group and Associated Companies.
