Decisions on Relevant Matters shall be adopted by the affirmative vote of the four (4) Parties to this Shareholders’ Agreement.
The four (4) Parties to this Shareholders’ Agreement must be present in the Shareholders’ Meetings discussing Relevant Matters, both upon first and second notice.
