Relevant Regulator Consent definition

Relevant Regulator Consent means any necessary permission, following the giving of due notice, from the Relevant Regulator in respect of redemption, payment, repayment, purchase, modification or substitution, as the case may be.
Relevant Regulator Consent means any necessary prior consent of or, following the giving of due notice, no objection being received to, the relevant redemption, payment, repayment, purchase, modification or substitution, as the case may be, from, the Relevant Regulator.

  • Relevant Regulator means the PRA or any successor entity or other entity primarily responsible for the prudential supervision of the Issuer.
