Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;
Relevant Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service as may be specified hereon.

Where Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms (or in the case of Exempt Notes, the Pricing Supplement) as the manner in which the Rate of Interest in respect of an issue of Floating Rate Notes is to be determined, the Conditions provide that the Rate of Interest shall be determined by reference to the Relevant Screen Page (or its successor or replacement).
