Reuters Screen Page means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

Reuters Screen Page. LIBOR01”” means the display page so designated on Reuters (or any other page as may replace that page on that service, or any other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits).

• The "Interest Rate" in relation to the Eligible Currency specified below will be: GBP For the relevant determination date, "SONIA1" which means the reference rate equal to the overnight rate as calculated by the administrator of ▇▇▇▇▇ which appears on the Reuters Screen Page SONIA1 in respect of that day.

Reuters Screen Page means the Reuters Screen as specified in the applicable Supplement or, if none is specified, what is determined by the Calculation Agent to be customary for such rate.

Reuters Screen Page. JPNU”” means the display page “JPNU” designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or such other services or service as may be nominated as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying the specific page on that service or such other page as may replace that page on that service or such other service, in all cases for the purpose of displaying the AUD/JPY exchange rates in succession thereto;

Reuters Screen Page or “Reuters Page” means the display on Reuters 3000 Xtra Service, or “Reuters”, or any successor service, on the page specified on the face hereof or herein, or any successor page on that service.

Reuters Screen Page means the display on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service, or any successor or replacement service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any successor or replacement page or pages on that service.

Reuters Screen Page. JPNU"" means the display page on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service designated as the "JPNU" page or such other page as may replace it on that information service, or on such other equivalent information service as may be nominated by the person providing or sponsoring such information, in all cases for the purpose of displaying the FX Rate in succession thereto.

Reuters Screen Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page or pages specified in this Subordinated Note, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

Reuters Screen Page has the meaning set out in subparagraph (a) of the definition of CDOR Rate.
