  • The Provider shall ensure that any sub-processor it engages to process personal data on its behalf in connection with this DPA does so only on the basis of a written contract which imposes on such sub- processor terms substantially equivalent to those imposed on the Provider in this DPA or such other alternative terms regarding the processing of personal data on the Customer`s behalf as may be agreed with the Customer (the "Relevant Terms").
