Relevant VWAP Period definition

Relevant VWAP Period means the 20 consecutive Trading Days beginning on, and including, the fifth Trading Day from, but excluding, the date on which the Company gives the Acquisition Notice to the Bondholders in accordance with Condition 19.
Relevant VWAP Period means the 20 consecutive Trading Days beginning on, and including, the 5th Trading Day from, but excluding, the date on which the Company first gives the Acquisition Notice to the Bondholders.
Relevant VWAP Period means the 20 consecutive Trading Days beginning on, and including, the 30th Trading Day prior to the Acquisition Option Date.

Related to Relevant VWAP Period

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Relevant Period means the period from the passing of this resolution until whichever is the earliest of:

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Current Value shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.
