Reliability Committee definition

Reliability Committee means the Reliability Committee established pursuant to the RNA and the responsibilities of which are specified in Section 8.2.3.
Reliability Committee means the stakeholder reliability committee established pursuant to the ISO Participants Agreement.
Reliability Committee. The committee whose responsibilities are specified in Section 8 of the Agreement and which may have additional responsibilities under a proper delegation of authority by the Participants Committee. To the extent practicable, references in the Tariff to the Reliability Committee shall include the prior Market Reliability Planning Committee or the prior Regional Transmission Planning Committee as the predecessor of the Reliability Committee.

Examples of Reliability Committee in a sentence

  • When concurrence is received from ISO-NE, Eversource Transmission submits the Level 0 I.3.9 proposed plan application (PPA) package to the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) Reliability Committee (RC) for inclusion on the upcoming agenda.

  • The NEPOOL Reliability Committee reviews the PPAs at their monthly meetings and provides an advisory recommendation (approve or reject) to ISO-NE on each application.

  • If an identified reliability need results in the rejection of a Retirement De-List Bid, Permanent De-List Bid, Export Bid, Administrative Export De-List Bid, Static De-List Bid, or Dynamic De-List Bid while executing an FCA, the ISO shall (i) review each specific reliability need with the Reliability Committee in accordance with the timing provided for in the ISO New England Operating Documents and, (ii) update the current system Needs Assessments pursuant to Section 4.1(c) of Attachment K of the ISO OATT.

  • In doing so, the ISO shall consult with and consider the input from the Planning Advisory Committee and, as appropriate, the Reliability Committee.

  • The ISO may as warranted, with advisory input from the Reliability Committee, initiate a Needs Assessment for the purpose of modeling rejected Static De-List Bids or Dynamic De-List Bids where the ISO believes that the initiation of such a study is warranted.

  • The ISO shall review with the Reliability Committee (i) the status of any prior rejected de-list bids reported to the Commission in an FCA results filing pursuant to Section 13.8.2, and (ii) the status of any Retirement De-List Bid or Permanent De-List Bid that has been rejected for reliability reasons and has elected to continue to operate, prior to the New Capacity Qualification Deadline in accordance with Section 4.1(c) of Attachment K of the ISO OATT.

  • The RSP Project List will be updated by the ISO periodically by adding, removing or revising regulated transmission solutions or Transmission Upgrades in consultation with the Planning Advisory Committee and, as appropriate, the Reliability Committee.

  • New England Power Pool (“NEPOOL”) Reliability Committee (“RC”) – The RC is a standing technical committee of NEPOOL, which is made up of Market Participants from across the region and serves asthe ISO’s principal advisory body.

  • In the case of a rejected Static De-List Bid or Dynamic De-List Bid, the ISO may as warranted, with advisory input from the Reliability Committee, examine the unavailability of the resource(s) with the rejected bid as a sensitivity in a Needs Assessment, or examine the unavailability of the resource(s) in the base representation in a Needs Assessment.

  • The Lead Market Participant shall be notified as soon as practicable following the ISO’s consultation with the Reliability Committee that the capacity associated with a Permanent De-List Bid or Retirement De-List Bid is needed for reliability reasons.

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.

  • Audit Committee means the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.
