Relief definition

Relief means any loss, relief, allowance, exemption, set-off, deduction, right to repayment or credit or other relief of a similar nature granted by or available in relation to Tax pursuant to any legislation or otherwise;
Relief means any relief, allowance or credit in respect of any tax or any deduction in computing income, profits or gains for the purposes of any tax;
Relief includes any relief, loss, allowance, exemption, set-off, deduction or credit in computing or against profits or Taxation;
