A Producer may transfer its obligations under producer responsibility for Packaging to a Producer Responsibility Organisa- tion as provided in the Waste Act (646/2011, with amendments) and in the Government Decree on Packaging and Packaging Waste (518/2014 and 1029/2021) and in the legislation currently in force.

The Issuer agrees to pay any and all stamp and other documentary taxes or duties which may be payable in connection with the execution, delivery, performance and enforcement of this Agreement by any Agent other than in caso d'uso, enunciazione or voluntary registration pursuant to, respectively, articles 6, 22, 8 of Presidential Decree number 131 of 26 April 1986., which does not relate to enforcement of this Agreement or the protection of the relevant Agent's personal rights.
The Offer is being carried out in Italy as an exempted offer pursuant to article 101-bis, paragraph 3-bis of the Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998, as amended (the “Financial Services Act”) and article 35-bis, paragraph 4 of CONSOB Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999, as amended.
