Remainder Amount definition

Remainder Amount. As defined in Section 9.01.

More Definitions of Remainder Amount

Remainder Amount means all of the remaining funds, if any, in a sub-account of a deceased Trust Beneficiary or a sub- account that has been terminated.

Remainder Amount means, for the 6-month period between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019 and for each single identified fiscal year thereafter for any authorized period of the granite advantage health care program, the cost of the program, including administrative costs attributable to the program, less the amount of revenue transferred from the alcohol abuse prevention and treatment fund pursuant to RSA 176-A:1, IV, less all federal reimbursement for the program that period or fiscal year, including federal reimbursement for administrative costs attributable to the program, and taxes attributable to premiums written for medical and other medical related services for the newly eligible Medicaid population as provided for under this chapter, consistent with RSA 400-A:32, III(b).
Remainder Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.07(f)(v).
