Remaining Fees definition

Remaining Fees means an amount equal to the Throughput Fee (as defined in the Fee Letter) that would have become due for the period commencing on the date on which this Agreement is terminated under Section 20.2 and ending on the Expiration Date.
Remaining Fees means the product obtained by multiplying Remaining Months times Monthly Average.
Remaining Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 9.7(b).

Examples of Remaining Fees in a sentence

  • Cancellations less than thirty (30) days from the day of the event are non-refundable and non- transferable (including Reservation Fee and Party Remaining Fees).

  • USER may receive a refund of the Party Remaining Fees if the party is cancelled more than thirty (30) days from an event.

  • USER may receive a refund of the Party Remaining Fees if the party is canceled more than thirty (30) days from an event.

  • Cancellations less than thirty (30) days from the day of the event are non-refundable and non- transferable (includes Reservation Fee and Party Remaining Fees).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will not be eligible to receive the Severance Benefits (or any payments or benefits from the Company other than the Remaining Fees and Accrued Benefits) if he fails to timely enter into this Agreement, the Consulting Agreement or the Additional Release.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Executive will not be eligible to receive the Separation Benefits (or any payments or benefits from the Company other than the Remaining Fees and the Accrued Obligations and any benefits to which Executive may be entitled under the Stock Options pursuant to the terms of the applicable stock option agreements) if he fails to timely enter into this Agreement, the Consulting Agreement, and the Additional Release.

  • The Company shall pay the Remaining Fees to Pastor at the same time, in the same amounts and in the same manner, as such Remaining Fees would have been paid had the Company not terminated the Term.

Related to Remaining Fees

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Annual Fees means annual Trustee Fees and annual fees related to monitoring Tax Increment, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • Tax fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Distribution Fee means a percentage of MRP of each of the Subscribed Channels payable by SDSPL to the Licensee towards fee for distribution of each of the Subscribed Channels as more specifically specified in Annexure B and Annexure B-1 of this Agreement.
