Remaining Funding Loan Proceeds Account definition

Remaining Funding Loan Proceeds Account means the Remaining Funding Loan Proceeds Account of the Project Fund established under Section 7.3, as otherwise described in the Contingency Draw-Down Agreement.
Remaining Funding Loan Proceeds Account has the meaning set forth in the Contingency Draw-Down Agreement.
Remaining Funding Loan Proceeds Account means an account to be created with the Fiscal Agent under the circumstances described in Section 2.01 of the Contingency Draw-Down Agreement.
