Remarketing Proceeds Account definition

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the account so designated in the Purchase and Remarketing Fund which may consist of one or more accounts established for the deposit of remarketing proceeds from the remarketing of one of more subseries of the Authority’s bonds into which such remarketing proceeds may be deposited prior to the withdrawal of such proceeds to pay the purchase price of tendered bonds of that subseries.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in the Indenture.

Amounts held in the Standby Purchase Account and the Remarketing Proceeds Account by the Paying Agent shall be held uninvested and separate and apart from all other funds and accounts.
