Remarketing Proceeds Account means the account so designated in the Purchase and Remarketing Fund which may consist of one or more accounts established for the deposit of remarketing proceeds from the remarketing of one or more subseries of the City’s bonds into which such remarketing proceeds may be deposited prior to the withdrawal of such proceeds to pay the purchase price of tendered bonds of that subseries.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in Section 4.01 hereof.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund created in the Indenture.

Moneys deposited with the Trustee for the purchase of Unredeemed Bonds shall be held in trust in the Remarketing Proceeds Account of the Bond Fund and shall be paid to each tendering Holders upon presentation of its Unredeemed Bonds at the designated office of the Trustee.

Remarketing Proceeds Account means the account created pursuant to Section 4.11(a).
