Secured Party shall also have such rights and remedies in respect of such Collateral as are set forth in the Asset Sale Proceeds Account Control Agreement.
No later than three (3) Business Days prior to the Redemption Date specified in the Notice of Redemption, the Collateral Agent shall deliver to the financial institution with which the Asset Sale Proceeds Account is maintained a consent to the release of such proceeds from the Asset Sale Proceeds Account on such Redemption Date.
