REMIC VI Interests definition

REMIC VI Interests. The REMIC VI Regular Interests and Component VI of the Class R Certificates. REMIC VI Regular Interest: Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC VI set forth in Section 5.01(c)(vii) and issued hereunder and designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC VI. Each REMIC VI Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the Uncertificated Pass-Through Rate specified for such REMIC VI Interest in Section 5.01(c)(vii), and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance as set forth in Section 5.01(c)(vii). The designations for the respective REMIC VI Regular Interests are set forth in Section 5.01(c)(vii).
