Examples of Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests in a sentence

  • The Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests shall constitute the "regular interests" in the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • An amount shall be distributed in respect of interest and principal to the Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests in the same manner as principal and interest are distributed to the Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests as provided in Section 5.02.
