Renaissance Group definition

Renaissance Group means Renaissance Capital Group, Inc., a Texas corporation.
Renaissance Group means the Company and any Designated Cable System acquired by the MSCP Funds and the Designated Executives through an entity other than the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Renaissance Group means the Company and any cable television system located in the United States or any business or person whose assets consist (either directly or through its subsidiaries) of any such cable television system, in each case acquired by the MSCP Funds and the Management Investors through an entity other than the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

  • This Corporate Renaissance Group License Agreement (“License”) permits you to use one copy of the specific version of the Corporate Renaissance Group software product identified above, which may include user documentation provided in “online” or electronic form (“SOFTWARE”), on any single computer, provided the SOFTWARE is in use on only one computer at any time.

  • Renaissance zone means that area designated a renaissance zone under the Michigan renaissance zone act, 1996 PA 376, MCL 125.2681 to 125.2696.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Gateway means the BT electronic gateway, used for all ordering or fault reporting as described in the relevant section of the Handbook;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Portfolio Company means the issuer or obligor under any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor.

  • Local Distribution Company or “LDC” means a Person licensed by the OEB as a “Distributor” in connection with a Distribution System.
