Renewable Installed Capacity Condition definition

Renewable Installed Capacity Condition means that (i) the Renewable Installed Capacity as at the Renewable Installed Capacity Observation Date was equal to or greater than the Renewable Installed Capacity Threshold and (ii) the Consolidated disclosure of Non-Financial Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 254/2016 or Sustainability Performance Report, as the case may be, and the related Verification Assurance Report for the year ending on the Renewable Installed Capacity Observation Date have been published on the Issuer’s website by no later than the relevant Sustainability Performance Reporting Deadline.
Renewable Installed Capacity Condition means the notification in writing by ENEL to the Principal Paying Agent and the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 (Notices) on the Step Up Event Notification Date that the Renewable Installed Capacity Percentage as of the Renewable Installed Capacity Percentage Reference Date was equal to or exceeded the relevant Renewable Installed Capacity Percentage Threshold; and that such Renewable Installed Capacity Percentage has been confirmed by the External Verifier in accordance with its customary procedures;

Related to Renewable Installed Capacity Condition

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Nuclear installation means any installation of such class or description as may be prescribed by regulations made by the relevant Secretary of State from time to time by statutory instrument, being an installation designed or adapted for:

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.

  • offshore installation means any installation which is intended for underwater exploitation of mineral resources or exploration with a view to such exploitation;

  • meter installation means the meter and, if so equipped, the instrument transformers, wiring, test links, fuses, lamps, loss of potential alarms, meters, data recorders, telecommunication equipment and spin-off data facilities installed to measure power past a meter point, provide remote access to the metered data and monitor the condition of the installed equipment;

  • voltage means the root-mean-square value of electrical potential between two conductors.

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 6.04(a)(ii)(D), (a)(vii) and (a)(x) minus the aggregate amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (a) make Investments pursuant to Section 6.06(q)(ii), (b) make Restricted Debt Payments pursuant to Section 6.04(b)(iv)(B) or (c) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 6.01(ll).

  • water installation means the pipes and water fittings which are situated on any premises and ownership thereof vests in the owner thereof and used or intended to be used in connection with the use of water on such premises, and includes a pipe and water fitting situated outside the boundary of the premises, which either connects to the connection pipe relating to such premises or is otherwise laid with the permission of the municipality;

  • drainage installation means a system situated on any premises and vested in the owner thereof and is used for or intended to be used for or in connection with the reception, storage, treatment or conveyance of sewage on that premises to the connecting point and includes drains, fittings, appliances, septic tanks, conservancy tanks, pit latrines and private pumping installations forming part of or ancillary to such systems;

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.
