Renewal Recapture Right shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.4.
Renewal Option has the meaning set forth in §12.1.
Recapture Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the last date that a Project owned by the Company is Placed in Service.
Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(c) hereof.
Termination Option means the option of either party to terminate a transaction in the event that the other party fails to perform a Firm obligation to deliver Gas in the case of Seller or to receive Gas in the case of Buyer for a designated number of days during a period as specified on the applicable Transaction Confirmation.
Automatic Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 10(a) hereof.
Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.
Recapture Amount means, with respect to any Employment Violation by Grantee, the gross gain realized or unrealized by Grantee upon all vesting of Restricted Share Units or delivery or transfer of Vested Shares during the Look-back Period with respect to such Employment Violation, which gain shall be calculated as the sum of:
Second Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.1 hereof.
Option Term means a period, if any, through which this Agreement may be or has been extended by the JBE.
car-share parking space means a parking space that is reserved and actively used for car-sharing;
Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.
Non-Renewal shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2(b) hereof.
Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.
Second Extension Period means the period of one (1) Contract Year commencing immediately after the end of the First Extension Period.
Option to Extend has the meaning given that term in Section 2.13.
Renewal Term has the meaning set out in Section 9.1.
Lease Term means the term of this Lease which shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the period specified in Section J of the Summary.
Termination Right have the respective meanings given in the PRA Contractual Stay Rules.
First Extension Option shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1(b) hereof.
Lease Year means each consecutive twelve-month period beginning with the Commencement Date, except that if the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first Lease Year shall be the period from the Commencement Date through the final day of the twelve months after the first day of the following month, and each subsequent Lease Year shall be the twelve months following the prior Lease Year.
Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
Tenant’s Share means the percentage set forth in Section 6 of the Summary.
Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
