Renown Health definition

Renown Health means Defendant Renown Health, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and its joint ventures, subsidiaries, divisions, groups and affiliates controlled by it, including but not limited to the Nevada Heart Institute and NHI-1, Inc., and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
