Rental Component definition

Rental Component means the Rental Housing Component described in the Program Guidelines;
Rental Component has the meaning ascribed thereto in Recital B;
Rental Component means the Affordable Housing Program described in the New Rental Housing Component Program Guidelines;

Examples of Rental Component in a sentence

  • Subject to the specific provisions of this subsection, AEPC™ shall pay the costs to provide a Rental Component, if required and available, during Un- scheduled Maintenance covered by this Agreement that requires more than ten (10) business days AOG.

  • In no event shall AEPC™ pay for any Rental Component for more than three (3) business days after com- pletion of the Unscheduled Maintenance, and any rental charges incurred thereafter shall subject the Client to the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™’s standard rental charges.

  • As a condition to the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their coun- terparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™ furnishing a Rental Component to the Client in connection with maintenance or repair covered hereunder, a Rental Agreement shall be executed between the Client and the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts worldwide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™.

  • AEPC™ has no obliga- tion under this Agreement to pay any costs in connection with the repair, maintenance, or failure of a Rental Component.

  • The terms of any such lease shall be on the same terms and conditions as this Lease, including, without limitation, the then remaining term, except that the Rental Component of the Occupancy Cost per rentable square foot of Expansion Premises shall be the then Fair Market Rent of the Expansion Premises, as determined by Landlord, which rental value shall be included in Landlord’s ROFO Notice to Tenant.

  • After the Fair Market Rent for the Extended Term has been established in accordance with the foregoing procedure, Landlord and Tenant shall promptly execute an amendment to the Lease to reflect the Rental Component for the Extended Term.

  • As well, AEPC™ has no liability for any consequential damage resulting from the use of a Rental Component.

  • In the event a Rental Component is provided in connection with any Exclusions, the Client shall be solely responsible for the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed (or their counterparts world- wide) Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™s normal rental charges.

  • Section 5.01 The Owner will keep accurate records pertaining to the use and occupancy of the Rental Component, including but not limited to: 1) rent rolls that detail the specific monthly rent received for each of the Non-Market Rental Units; and 2) detailed tenant files which include evidence that tenants of Non-Market Rental Units meet the eligibility criteria for Non-Market Rental Units, such records to be to the satisfaction of the City.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
