Rental Hours definition

Rental Hours. The rental period is for five hours, which includes one hour for rehearsal, two hours for setup and two hours for the ceremony and cleanup.
Rental Hours. The rental includes a minimum of 8 hours per day. Normal rental hours Monday through Friday are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Anytime after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be considered additional hours and will be charged accordingly. The initial 8 hour rental on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are flexible but must be discussed and agreed upon with the GWF staff. Any additional rental time over 8 hours will be charged accordingly. Please note the set-up and clean-up time must be included within the 8 hour rental time.
Rental Hours. The minimum duration of this rental is five (5) hours. Rentals exceeding the five (5) hours are available at the hourly rate, based on availability. Requests for additional hours must be paid at the time of the request and must be made at least one week in advance of the event.

  • Immediately following the Event and not later than the end of Rental Hours, the Client, at its own cost and expense, shall remove all signs, decorations, and improvements and shall leave the Facilities in a clean and tidy condition, free from all rubbish, debris, waste, unused materials, combustible materials and items of personal property brought into the Facilities by the Client or its guests.

Related to Rental Hours
