Reorganization Time definition

Reorganization Time means 5:00 p.m. (Calgary time) on July 27, 2006;
Reorganization Time means the time that all or substantially all of the Cenovus Assets are transferred by EnCana to Subco and the Assumed Liabilities are assumed by Subco, which is anticipated to be 12:10 a.m. (Calgary time) on the Effective Date;
Reorganization Time means, unless otherwise indicated on the final closing agenda relating to the Reorganization and the Arrangement, 11:59:59 p.m. E.S.T. on the Reorganization Date.

  • Merger Effective Time means “Effective Time,” as that term is defined in the Merger Agreement.
