Repeated Warranties means [***];

Repeated Warranties means the Warranties set out at the following paragraphs of Schedule 4:

Repeated Warranties means the Title Warranties; Representatives has the meaning given to it in Article 26.1(b);

Examples of Repeated Warranties in a sentence

• For this purpose only, where there is an express or implied reference in any of the Repeated Warranties to the “date of this Agreement”, that reference is to be construed as a reference to the Closing Date.

• For the purposes of the Warranties in paragraphs 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.13, persons who become Employees after the date of this Agreement or offers of employment made after the date of this Agreement, in either case without breach of schedule 5, shall not be regarded as Employees or the subject of any such offer when those Warranties become Repeated Warranties.

• The Warranties and Repeated Warranties are subject to any matter which is disclosed in any Transaction Document any of the Disclosure Letters, any of the documents annexed or referred to in any Transaction Document, and each document contained in the Data Room, which has been disclosed, and any matter which is expressly provided for under the terms of this Agreement.

• The Seller warrants to the Purchaser on Completion that the Repeated Warranties are accurate as at the Completion Date.

• The Warranties and the Repeated Warranties are subject to the matters set out in Schedule 7 (Provisions Relating to Claims under this Agreement).

More Definitions of Repeated Warranties

Repeated Warranties the Warranties other than those set out in paragraph 2.2 of part 2 of schedule 3, as such warranties continue to be repeated in accordance with clause 14.1 between the date of this Agreement and the Completion Date provided that, for the purposes of this definition, references to Employees in the Warranties contained in part 8 of schedule 3 shall be to the Employees as at the date of this Agreement;

Repeated Warranties means the Vendor Warranties contained in the paragraphs of Schedule 3 which are listed in Part A of Schedule 13; OFT means the Office of Fair Trading;

Repeated Warranties means the Termination Repeated Warranties and the No Termination Repeated Warranties; Resolution has the meaning ascribed to it in clause 3.10;

Repeated Warranties means the Warranties except for the Warranties in paragraphs 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 4.1, 4.2, 7.1, 7.4, 8.4, 9.7, 9.8, 10.3, 11.2, 12.2.1, 12.2.3, 13.4.2, 14.2, 15.2, 15.5.2, 15.6, 15.7, 15.8.1, 15.8.2(a), 15.8.2(d), 16.2.6 and 17 of Part 5 (which, for the purposes of identification only, are marked by an asterisk (*)) of the Schedule and Repeated Warranty shall be construed accordingly. Representatives means, in relation to a party, its respective Affiliates and the directors, officers, employees, agents, advisers, accountants and consultants of that party and/or of its respective Affiliates. Reserves Report means the following Disclosure Documents:

Repeated Warranties means the Warranties set out in paragraphs 1, 2, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7, 5.3 and 8.1 of Schedule 2;

Repeated Warranties means the Warranties set out in Paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 8.1(a) and (b), 9.10, 9.13-9.19 (inclusive), 10, 11.1-11.3 (inclusive), 11.9, 11.13-11.16 (inclusive), 11.20-11.22 (inclusive), 12, 13, 15.1, 15.2, 16.1-16.5 (inclusive), 16.7-16.10 (inclusive), 16.12, 16.14-16.16 (inclusive), 16.18, 17, 18 and 19 of Part 1 (General Warranties Business and Companies) and 5 of Part 2 (Company Specific Warranties) of Schedule 6 (Warranties);

Repeated Warranties means the Warranties set out in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.6, 6, 7.1, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 11, 12.1, 13.7, 16.2(A) and (B), 16.3(A) and (B), 17 (excluding the Warranty set out in paragraph 17.14), 18, 23 and 25.2 of Schedule 9; Retained Group means ICI or HSCC, as the case may be, and each member of its respective Group (apart, in the case of ICI's Group, from the Companies);
