Replacement Fractionation Products definition

Replacement Fractionation Products means products required by HQ pursuant to Sections 8.12, 9.3 and 9.4 and a Replacement Fractionation Product means any one of them;
Replacement Fractionation Products means products required by CBS pursuant to Sections 6.12, 7.3, 7.4, 11.4, and Schedule “I” and a Replacement Fractionation Product means any one of them;

Examples of Replacement Fractionation Products in a sentence

  • The availability of Replacement Fractionation Products from Supplier for the purpose of this Section shall be determined at the sole discretion of Supplier acting reasonably.

  • Supplier shall supply and deliver Replacement Fractionation Products on the date scheduled for the delivery of the Fractionation Products.

  • These Replacement Fractionation Products are to be supplied to CBS at the same cost as CBS would have been required to pay for Fractionation Products had Supplier not rendered the Plasma unusable.

  • These Replacement Fractionation Products are to be supplied to HQ at the same cost as HQ would have been required to pay for Fractionation Products had Supplier not rendered the Plasma unusable.

  • Any Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products proposed by Supplier under Sections 3.6, 3.8, 3.9, 6.12, 7.3 and 7.4 must be licensed by Health Canada or if no Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products are licensed by Health Canada, approved by Health Canada under its SAP.

  • In the event of any such delay, Supplier agrees to substitute Replacement Fractionation Products for Fractionation Products if available, on the terms provided for in this Agreement.

  • Any Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products proposed by Bayer Canada under Sections 3.8, 3.9, 6.12, 7.2 and 7.3 must be licensed by Health Canada or if no Replacement Products or Replacement Fractionation Products are licensed by Health Canada, approved by Health Canada under its SAP.

  • If the delay in delivery will result in, or is likely to result in, a Shortage of any Fractionation Product, Supplier shall be required, whenever possible, to provide Replacement Fractionation Products to CBS at the same price at which Supplier would have provided Fractionation Products pursuant to this Agreement.

Related to Replacement Fractionation Products

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Combination Product means any combination of the Product with one (1) or more other active ingredients, products or services that is not the Product, where such products are sold either as a fixed dose/unit or as separate doses/units in a single package for a single price.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Licensed Product supplied by or on behalf of NVCR to Zai hereunder if such Licensed Product (or any precursor or intermediate thereof) is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer [***].

"Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product, tobacco product, or product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21

  • Marijuana-infused products means products that contain marijuana or marijuana extracts and are intended for human use. The term "marijuana-infused products" does not include useable marijuana.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.
