Replacement Partner definition

Replacement Partner means any Partner who, following the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement, provides services or activities for the Group which are the same or similar to the Programmes or any part of them;

  • At any time during the exit management period, where Assets are located at the Partner's premises, the Partner will be obliged to give reasonable rights of access to (or, in the case of Assets located on a third party's premises, procure reasonable rights of access to) Director, Mission Convergence project, and/or any Replacement Partner in order to make an inventory of the Assets.
